I can work alongside the wedding planning team as an extra set of hands, eyes, and ears to help ensure the wedding runs smoothly.
As a wedding assistant, I can help with the following tasks:
- Set up tables, chairs, signage, favors, and decor.
- Unload and carry supplies.
- Greet vendors and direct them to the wedding planner or venue manager.
- Help guests find the guest book, ceremony space, and restrooms.
- Refill drinks or snacks for the wedding party.
- Help with breakdown & cleanup at the end of the day
Packing & Unpacking Assistance

If you’re planning to move out of your home soon, I can help with packing and unpacking your belongings.
As a packing & unpacking assistant, I can help with the following tasks:
- Wrap fragile/delicate items in packing paper or bubble wrap
- Pack items in boxes, bins, suitcases, storage bags, etc.
- Label containers with markers and stickers to indicate what’s in each container and where each container is going (e.g. kitchen or office, new home or storage unit)
- Take donation pile to client’s donation choice
- Open boxes and put items away (e.g. hang clothes in closets, put clothes in dresser drawers)
